Warranty

The warranty period for this genuine Sennheiser product is 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase of brand-new, unused products by the initial end-user. For this reason, we recommend that the sales receipt be retained as proof of purchase. Without this proof (which is checked by the responsible Sennheiser service agent) you will not be reimbursed for any repairs that are carried out. The date of purchase and the name of the product must appear on the sales receipt.

At our discretion, the warranty covers, free of charge, the remedy of material and manufacturing defects through repair or replacement of either individual parts or the entire device. In the event of a warranty claim, the faulty parts removed from the product become the property of Sennheiser electronic GmbH & Co. KG, or the Service agent.

The warranty excludes:

yImmaterial defects or nonconformities in the quality of the product that do not affect the value and normal use

yAccessories that come with the product

yRechargeable batteries and batteries (by nature, these products have a shorter service life, the length of which also depends on how much they are used)

yDefects resulting from improper use (e. g. operator error, mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltage)

Proper use means use of the product under the conditions described in the instructions for use.

yWear and tear

yModifications of Sennheiser products undertaken by you or others, unless the type and scope of the modification has been previously approved in writing by Sennheiser

yDefects resulting from force majeure

yKnown defects at the time of purchase

The warranty is void if the product is manipulated by non-authorised persons or repair stations.

The warranty can be claimed in all countries outside the U.S. provided that no national law limits our terms of warranty. No claims can be made under the warranty other or more extensive than those described here.

The Momentum True Wireless 2 featured a sleek and compact design, offering enhanced comfort and a more secure fit for extended listening sessions. The earbuds were equipped with custom-engineered 7mm dynamic drivers that delivered rich, detailed sound with an emphasis on deep bass and clear treble. Sennheiser's superior sound engineering ensured that users experienced high-fidelity audio whether they were listening to music, making calls, or engaging in virtual meetings.

One of the standout characteristics of the Momentum True Wireless 2 was its active noise cancellation (ANC) technology. This advanced feature allowed users to immerse themselves in their audio without the distractions of the outside world. Additionally, the earbuds had a Transparency Mode, enabling listeners to hear their surroundings without having to remove the device, which was particularly beneficial for outdoor use or situations where situational awareness was crucial.

With up to seven hours of playtime on a single charge and an additional 21 hours provided by the compact charging case, users could enjoy extended listening without frequent interruptions. The integration of the Sennheiser Smart Control app further enhanced the user experience, allowing for customization of sound profiles and access to features like EQ settings.

In 2020, Sennheiser also focused on professional audio solutions, including the introduction of new wireless microphone systems that catered to the needs of content creators and musicians. These systems embraced digital transmission technology, offering sophisticated features such as advanced frequency management and a robust transmission range.

Ultimately, Sennheiser's commitment to delivering exceptional audio experiences in 2020 was reflected in its blend of innovation and traditional craftsmanship.
