To cancel PTY search

1 Press PTY while listening to the radio.

2 Turn jog dial to select the program type you want. See the “List of program types” section below.

3 Press ENTER/NEXT.

The unit starts searching the preset RDS stations (“SEARCH” and the selected program type are shown alternately in the display).

When the tuner receives a program, the preset station number flashes.

4 Turn jog dial to continue search for the station number you desire.

5 Press ENTER/NEXT while the preset station number you desire is flashing.

To cancel PTY search

Press PTY again.
