5.10.3 Password

Setup password for user and manager to give authorization needed to use the product and to modify the setup. If ‘ENTER’ key, located in the front of DVR, is pressed or if lower level menu is selected with the mouse, detailed items may be viewed. One ‘ADMIN’ and 10 ‘USER’ are supported. (10 users are displayed as ‘USER1’~’USER10’)

9USER AUTHORIZATION: Setup all user’s password and authority. ‘PASSWORD CHECK’ is should be “O” in the authorization table to setup authotiry of a specific function. (Only ‘ADMIN’ is permitted.)

„MENU: Setup the authority of menu.

„PTZ: Setup the authority of PTZ.

„R/OFF: Setup the authority of Reconing off

„PB: Setup the authourity of playback.

„P/OFF: Setup the authority of power off.

„P/ON: Setup the authority of power on.

„N/MIC: Setup the authority of bidirectinonal audio.

-“X” (yellow color): That function is permitted to all users. (Password is unnecessary.)

-“O” (yellow color): Only authorized user is permitted though know the password.

9USER PASSWORD : Setup the user password. Passwords can only be setup using the buttons on DVR. Mouse cannot be used to setup passwords.

9BUZZER IF CHECKING FAILS : If wrong password is entered three times, the buzzer will go off.
