Mail Manager is a program that plays self created voice files (DVF files) from the DDR-3000 Series. It can send voice mail or record and store conference meeting and lectures (recording).

Mail Manager allows sending and receiving of voice mail through e-mail or network without typing or writing letters. To send voice mail using Mail Manager use a DVF file recorded from the DDR-3000 Series, or simply press record and send recorded voice file without any difficulties, and If recorded DVF file from mail manager is sent to the DDR-3000 Series, it can be played through the DDR-3000 Series.

Mail Manager supports mail programs like (Exchange, Internet mail, Outlook, Outlook Express, and Netscape)((r)), by using drag and drop/cut and past sending voice mail through other mail program and network program is possible. Mail Manager can create small sized files that combine voice data and player in a executable (.exe) file format, voice mail can be sent and heard even when receiver does not have the Mail Manager software. Changing the original voice through the use of the various Voice Effects like reverb, echo, robot voice, helium voice makes interesting/fun voice mails.

Finally press 'send' button and

mail window with voice mail attached will apppear.

Proper volume level is required for record and play. Adjust wave volume from [control volume] of window to set play volume, and adjust [option][properties][record] from volume adjust window select [microphone] for microphone record volume.

3) Production of self play function

Createsa small executable file combined with voice file and player.

If self player formed mail is sent receiver can listen to it even without mail manager. From 'save as' save in 'voice mail+player' from and it will create self player with executable file(.exe)

4) 16Digital voice effect

Change recorded voice to various voices.
