Tuning to radio stations

1Select TUNER source.

“FM” or “AM” is displayed.

2Press BAND/DISPLAY (TUNER on the remote) to select the desired waveband : FM or AM.

3Press and hold TUNING 22/33 and then release it.

The display will show "SEARCH" until a radio station with sufficient signal strength is found.

4Repeat step 3 if necessary until you find the desired station.

To tune to a weak station, press TUNING 22/33 briefly and repeatedly until you have found optimal reception.

Programming radio stations

You can store up to 40 radio stations in the memory (20 for FM and 20 for AM).

Automatic programming

Press PROGRAM for more than three seconds to activate programming.

All available stations are programmed.

AUTO is displayed and available stations are programmed in order of waveband.

Manual programming

1Tune to your desired station (refer to “Tuning to radio stations”).

2Press PROGRAM to activate programming.

PROG flashes on the display, in which X stands for the programme number.

3Press PRESET í/ë to allocate a number from 1 to 20 for this station.

4Press PROGRAM again to confirm the setting. The frequency of the preset station is shown.

5Repeat the above four steps to store other stations.

You can override a preset station by storing another frequency in its place.

Note:

– During setting, if no button is pressed within 30 seconds, the system will exit manual programming automatically.

Tuning to preset radio stations

Press PRESET í/ë until the desired preset station is displayed.
