5.Foutzoeklijst

•Probleem

–Oplossing

•Het apparaat dat u wilt bedienen reageert niet en het groene lampje knippert niet als u een knop indrukt.

–Vervang de batterijen door twee nieuwe van 1,5 Volt, type R03, UM4 of AAA.

• Het apparaat dat u wilt bedienen reageert niet maar het groene lampje knippert wel als u een toets indrukt.

–Richt de RU530 op het apparaat en zorg ervoor dat er niets tussen de RU530 en het apparaat in de weg staat.

•De RU530 voert opdrachten niet goed uit.

–Misschien gebruikt u de verkeerde code. Probeer de RU530 opnieuw in te stellen met een andere code, die onder het merk van uw apparatuur staat, of stel opnieuw in voor automatisch zoeken om de juiste code te vinden.

Reageert het toestel dan nog niet, bel dan de hulplijn.

•U krijgt de teletekst-pagina's niet op uw scherm, terwijl u gewend was daarvoor knop (fi) te gebruiken.

–Volg de instructies onder ‘Installeren van de afstandsbediening’ en druk bij stap 5 de toetsen 0, 0, 6 en 4 in.

Druk op de OK-toets om Teletekst-pagina's te laten verschijnen.

•De teletekst-toetsen werken niet.

–Ga na of uw tv wel met teletekst is uitgerust.

• U kunt teletekst niet uitschakelen.

–Druk op de toets voor ondertiteling ( ) om teletekst uit te schakelen.

•U heeft problemen met de bediening van alle functies op uw apparaat.

– De RU530 moet misschien worden aangepast aan het model van het apparaat. Bel hiervoor onze hulplijn.

•Uw merk apparaat staat niet in de lijst met codes.

–Probeer de RU530 automatisch in te stellen.

•Geen enkele code werkt tijdens het handmatig instellen van de afstandsbediening.

–Volg dan de instructies onder

‘Automatisch instellen van de afstandsbediening’.
