Use the EPG options menu

Use the EPG options menu to set or clear reminders, change day and access other useful EPG options.

1Press GUIDE.

2Press OPTIONS.

» The EPG menu appears.

3Press to select one of the following options.

•[Set remind]/ [Clear remind]

•[Change day]

•[Show info]

•[Search by genre]

•[Schedule reminders]

•[Pref. EPG channel]

4Press OK to enter or activate the option.

5Press BACK to exit the EPG menu.

Tip

•Press GUIDE to switch between EPG and channel grid.

Watch TV in dual view

You can use the DualView feature to display theTV channels and the input from a device withVGA or DVI connector (such as a computer or a satellite box) simultaneously on yourTV.

1Select VGA or DVI as the source for your TV input.

2Press OPTIONS.

3Press to select [Dual View ON].

4Press OK to activate dual view.

5Press OK or OPTIONS > [Dual View OFF] to exit dual view.

Note

•[Dual View] is available only when the TV is connected to a device, such as a PC, via VGA or DVI connection.

• When in Dual view mode, press +/- to adjust volume in the main screen and press P +/- or Numeric buttons to switch between the TV channels in the auxiliary screen.

Use timers

You can set timers to switch theTV on or switch to standby at a specified time.

Automatically switch the TV to standby (sleeptimer)

Sleeptimer switches the TV to standby after a pre-defined period of time.

Tip

•You can always switch off your TV earlier or reset the sleeptimer during the countdown.

1Press (Home).

2 Press to select [Setup] >

[Features] > [Sleep timer].

»The bar appears.

3 Press

to set the sleep time.

»The sleeptimer can be up to 180 minutes in steps of five minutes. If set to zero minutes, the sleeptimer is switched off.

4Press OK to activate the sleeptimer.

»TheTV switches to standby after the pre-defined period of time.
