Smart Picture

A touch of the SMART PICTURE button on the remote

control provides the option of selecting one of five

preset positions (Rich, Natural, Soft, Personal,

Multimedia) to enhance enjoyment of video games,

sports and movies, also based upon the room lighting

condition. By selecting the desired option, all important

picture elements are instantly adjusted to optimize

viewing pleasure.

Smart Sound

A touch of the SMART SOUND button on the remote

control provides the option of selecting one of four

preset positions (Theatre, Music,Voice, Personal) to suit

each individual sound preference when viewing

different programs or sources.

Contrast Plus

A special circuitry has been incorporated into this receiver to enhance the darker portions of the picture for added realism and overall picture quality.

4 x 3 Expand

Expands movie images recorded in letterbox format by removing the black horizontal bars at the top and bottom and filling the entire screen.

Incredible Surround

Actively processes the signal using advanced electronics and psycho-acoustic method to widen the stereo spatial image. This feature provides incredible sound with extra depth and an unbelievable three-dimensional effect that surrounds the user completely without the need for additional surround speakers.

S-Video Input

Used for playback of S-VHS VCR tapes,Video Discs, Video Games or Compact Disc-Interactive (cd-I) discs. Better picture detail and clarity is possible with the S-Video playback as compared to the picture from a normal antenna (RF) connection.
