VCR Plus+®

Within the GUIDE Plus+® GOLD system, there is an

option to set a timer recording using the VCR Plus+® system. This system works with your local “TV Guide” or program- ming information printed in a special magazine or your local newspaper. The broadcasters have listed a multiple digit num- ber next to the program listing. This is the PlusCode number

Follow the steps below to set a VCR Plus+® timer recording.

BEGIN

Press the VCR+/RECORD button on the remote to display the GUIDE Plus+® GOLD sys- tem Schedule onscreen menu asking you to:

Enter Pluscode:---------

Press the NUMBERED but- tons on the remote to enter the PlusCode number for the desired program (find the code in the newspaper listings or “TV Guide” listings).

After the PlusCode number has been entered, press the MENU button on the remote to set the VCR Plus+® timer record- ing. The record information will appear in a red bar on the Guide Plus+® GOLD system Schedule screen.

To add other VCR Plus+® codes repeat the steps above.

To change the the record fre- quency (ONCE, DAILY,

WEEKLY) press the GREEN button located under the flip open door on the remote.

Press the BLUE button on the remote to remove the VCR Plus+® timer recording from the Schedule.
