NOTE

In this connection, the SUB WOOFER LINE OUT terminal on the DVD player does not need to be connected to the receiver.

In the initial settings of the DVD player, set the SUBWOOFER mode of SETUP SPEAKERS to OFF. For details, see the initial settings in the instruction manual of the DVD player.

To turn the unit on

1 Turn the VOLUME control toward MIN.

Otherwise, the speakers may be damaged.

2 Press one of the FUNCTION buttons (TUNER, PHONO, AUX/TV, CD, VIDEO 1, VIDEO 2/5 CH or VIDEO 3) or the TAPE MONITOR button.
