2.6 Before you start

Before you start using the camcorder, some basic settings such as date and time, languages and beep function need to be configured.

2.6.1Setting the date and time

5.Turn on the camcorder, and move the mode dial to SET. Move the joystick up and down to highlight Date / Time. Press the center joystick button to confirm.

6.Move the joystick up and down to highlight each field and press the center joystick button to select a field.

7.Adjust each value by moving the joystick up and down. Press the center joystick button to save your changes.

8.Press the joystick down to highlight √ to leave the Date/ Time menu.
