You can select the flash mode in response to various subjects.

Description

The flash fires automatically as required by the shooting conditions.

h Use this mode for ordinary photography.

or in the shade of a tree, or to obtain the

 

 

correct colors when you are shooting under

glass, and for photography in venues

such as theaters or at indoor sporting

 

 

events where the distance is too great for the flash to be effective.

h If you use the flash in very dusty P environments, floating dust particles P o i n t may appear as glowing white dots on

your image.

h If you are shooting in s flash-off mode in dark conditions, use a tripod to prevent camera shake.
