NUsing the Flash (Intelligent Flash)

RIf the flash will fire, pwill be displayed when the shutter button is pressed halfway.

At slow shutter speeds, k will appear in the display to warn that pictures may be blurred; use of a tripod is recommended.

RFlash is charging if pblinks in yellow. Wait for completing the charge.

R The flash may fire several times with each shot. Do not move the camera until shooting is complete.

RThe flash may cause vignetting.

KRED EYE REDUCTION / LFORCED FLASH / MRED EYE & SLOW

J icon indicates that Intelligent Face Detection is on and will be used to minimize “red-eye” caused by the flash reflecting from the retinas of portrait subjects.
