Insert the batteries

Open the battery-chamber cover

1 Press the battery-chamber latch () and slide the cover in the direction shown () until it opens ().

2 Insert the batteries as shown in the label at the entrance to the battery chamber, making sure that the positive (“+”) and negative (“–”) terminals are in the correct orientation.

	Close the cover () and slide it in until it latches ().
