File protection means protecting specified photos or images from being deleted or voice annotations being added to or deleted.

Enter the Playback menu and select 
, then press OK key for confirmation. Select LOCK or UNLOCK item, and then press OK key for confirmation.
【Lock】 :
Enable protection function. When locked photo is displayed, a 
icon will appear on the left upper corner of the photo, as shown in Fig.5-5.
