Your Philips Warranty

Thank you for purchasing this Philips product. All Philips products are designed and manufactured to high standards and deliver high-quality performance, ease of use and ease of installation. Should you encounter any difficulties while installing or using this product, please check our website www.philips.com/support before you contact the Philips helpdesk.

What is covered?

This warranty applies within Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Turkey and the United Kingdom and only for products originally designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized for usage within these countries. This international Philips guarantee complements the existing national guarantee obligations in the country of purchase and does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Warranty coverage begins as from the day you buy your product.

If the Philips Helpdesk concludes with you that the product is defective, contact the Philips dealer where you bought the product. In the event you require service whilst in another country, or your dealer no longer exists or no longer sells Philips products, contact our helpdesk for support to solve the problem.

What is exclude?

The Philips warranty applies provided the product is handled properly for its intended use, in accordance with its operating instructions and upon presentation of the original invoice or cash receipt, indicating the date of purchase, dealer's name and model and production number of the product.

The Philips warranty may not apply if:

-the documents have been altered in any way or made illegible;

-the model or production number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible;

-repairs or product modifications and alterations have been executed by unauthorized service organizations or persons;

-damage is caused by accidents including but not limited to lightning, water or fire, physical damage (e.g. broken display, visible scratches) caused by heavy impact or else;

-Defects caused by abuse or misuse of the product;

-This warranty does not cover accessories belonging to the product.
