8.Parts essential to the servicing of the equipment (that is, components required to maintain the functions and quality of the equipment) will be available for a period of five years after the equipment is discontinued.

9.Please note that if the equipment is seriously damaged by flooding, submergence, infiltration of sand or mud, violent shocks or dropping, it may not be repairable, and restoration to its original condition may be impossible.

Before sending the camera in for repair, check the camera body and read the instruction manual again to ensure proper operation.

Some repairs require a significant amount of time to complete.

When sending the equipment to a service center, please include a note which describes the defective part and the problem as precisely as possible.

Remove all accessories not related to the problem before sending the camera to the service center.
