VIDEO MODE

Video mode allows you to record up to 60-second, audio movies.

Note: The length of time available for recording a video clip is dependent on the available memory on the Secure Digital card (or the internal memory).

To record a video clip:

1.Turn the Mode dial to Video.

2.Press the Shutter button to begin recording. The microphone turns on automatically.

By default the camera records for 60 seconds (or the time available) and then stops recording. The time remaining is displayed on the upper-right corner of the LCD. However, if you press the Shutter button a second time, recording stops before the time limit is reached.

3.Switch to the Playback mode to view and listen to the video clip. See “Playback Mode” on page 24.
