VIDEO MODE

Video mode allows you to record up to 60-second, audio movies.

Note: The length of time available for recording a video clip is dependent on the available memory on the Secure Digital card (or the internal memory).

To record a video clip:

1.Turn the Mode dial to Video.

2.Press the Shutter button to begin recording. The microphone turns on automatically.

■By default the camera records for 60 seconds (or the time available) and then stops recording. The time remaining is displayed on the upper-right corner of the LCD. However, if you press the Shutter button a second time, recording stops before the time limit is reached.

3.Switch to the Playback mode to view and listen to the video clip. See “Playback Mode” on page 24.
