Starting the Recording mode

How to use the Program mode

Selecting the automatic mode will con¿gure the camera with optimal settings and you can manually con¿gure various functions.

1. Select the Program mode by using the

2. Point the camera towards the subject and compose the image by using the LCD monitor.

3.Press the Shutter button to capture an image.

How to use the Manual mode

The user can manually set both the aperture value and the shutter speed.

How to use the DUAL IS(Dual Image Stabilization) mode

This mode will reduce the effect of camera shake and help you get a well exposed image in dim conditions.

1. Select the DUAL IS mode by using the

2. Point the camera towards the subject and compose the image by using the LCD monitor.

Press the Shutter button to capture an

 

image.

 

„ Things to watch out for using the DUAL IS mode

–

The digital zoom will not operate in the DUAL IS mode.

–

If the lighting conditions are brighter than Àuorescent lighting conditions,

 

the DUAL IS will not activate.

–

If the lighting conditions are darker than in Àuorescent lighting

 

conditions, camera shake warning indicator ( ) will be displayed.

 

For best results only take pictures in situations where the camera shake
