Delete All (the internal memory)
1.Make sure the external memory card is out of the camera.
2.Press the "
" button to display the menu.
3.Use the "
" or "
" button to select this mode (
).
4.Use the "
" or "
" button to select "
" in the lower level.
5.Press the "OK" button.
6.Select "Yes" using the “
" or "
" button.
7.Press the “OK" button to delete all the images.
NOTE 
Locked images cannot be deleted.
Format the internal memory
1.Make sure the SD card is out of the camera.
2.Press the "
" button to display the menu.
3.Use the "
" or "
" button to select this mode (
).
4.Use the "
" or "
" button to select "
" in the lower level.
5.Press "OK" button.
6.Select "Yes" using "
" or "
" button.
7.Press "OK" button to format.
NOTE 
It is important to format the internal memory and all external memory cards prior to using them for the first time.
