3.Press down on the locking tab on the paper jam access area. Remove the paper jam access area door.

4. Remove the paper from the paper jam access area.

5.Replace the paper jam access area door. Make sure both locking tabs are secure.

6.Turn the printer right side up.

7.Plug in the power cord and turn the printer power on. Resend the job.
