The camcorder’s features and functions available will differ depending on the type of disc you use and the disc specification selected when initializing it.

• You need to initialize newly bought DVD-RW discs with this camcorder before using them for the first time.

•For the highest compatibility with external DVD devices we recommend using the VIDEO mode.
