1 Select <, and press the SET	Remaining recordable time
button.
h The audio recording mode is
	16M-S

h The menu display is canceled if
the MENU button is pressed.
2 Press the [@] button.		Elapsed recording time
h Audio recording begins.
h During audio recording, <	0.3M
appears in the LCD monitor.		000:00:06
h It is not necessary to continue
pressing the [@] button while
recording.

hWhen the remaining recording

time available for the currently
recording video becomes 30
	Turns red
seconds or less, a countdown of
the remaining recording time
appears on the display.

3 End the audio recording.

hPress the [@] button again to stop recording.

hThe elapsed recording time returns to 000:00:00 each time recording is stopped.

HINT

You can capture a photo during an audio recording

i Press the [O] button during audio recording to capture a [ photo.

Maximum audio recording time?

i When the recording mode setting is set to audio <and the recording exceeds about 5 hours, the recorded file is saved and the audio recording ends.

i If you close the monitor unit, audio recording stops and the camera switches to the standby mode.
