Using the menus
Menu types
The player has two menu types:
Home menu
The player menu appears when you turn on the player or if you press and hold M while listening to the player. It lets you:
•Browse for and play music, video, photo and ebook files
•Record audio
•Listen to the radio
•Change the player’s settings – language, time setting, etc.
Option menu
The option menu appears if you press M at the playback screen while listening to music. It provides different options depending on what you are listening to when you press M.

When a menu is displayed:
•Press

to scroll up and down the list of menu items.
•Press M to select a menu item.
•Press and hold M to return to the previous menu.
•If the highlighted item is playable (for example, an audio file), press M to start playback.
