Cautions as to compressed audio files

Compressed audio file writing

¡Do not save an audio file (CD-DA file) and a compressed audio file on the same disc. Failure to observe this may result in difficulty in playing.

¡If compressed audio files formatted with two or more types are saved on the same disc, each format shall have a dif- ferent folder.

¡Do not write files other than compressed audio files.

¡Playability may depend on the combination of writing soft- ware and disc writer to be used.

¡This unit does not support the play list function.

¡Write files in a disc-at-once manner unless otherwise needed.

¡You can shorten the duration between data read and playback by decreasing the quantity of files or folders, or the depth of the hierarchy.
