d.Be sure you have selected the correct source mode (AV1, AV2, DVD).

2.DVD Player Not Working Properly

a.Ensure disc is correctly inserted into the unit.

b.Inspect the disc is not damaged (no scratches on the recorded side of the disc) and is of correct format to play in the unit.

c.Please wait as some disc requires longer time to read-in prior to playing.

d.Eject and re-insert disc.

3.Picture flickers

a.Check that the power coming from the main socket is sufficient.

b.Check that unit is not placed too near speakers or magnetic objects.

c.Check to see that the unit settings are correct.

4.Color patch on LCD screen(Unevenness)

Ensure all connections are correct.

5. Horizontal dots on LCD screen

Ensure all connections are correct.

6.No sound

a.Ensure that the MUTE function is Off.

b.Volume set too low, increase the volume setting.

7.Remote control not working.

a.Check to verify that the battery is installed correctly (+ side of battery must be facing the bottom of the remote case), replace if necessary (CR2025).

b.Make sure that the remote control is pointed towards the remote sensor located at the front right of the enclosure.
