8. Phone book

Your phone allows you to save 100 phone numbers and associated names so they are right at your fingertips for easy dialing.

Saving names and numbers

Saving a name and number is easy! Just enter the phone number, press or , then press Save. Enter a name if you wish, then press OK.

Each name may consist of up to

16 characters and each phone number may consist of up to 32 characters.

Saving a number quickly

To save a number quickly, enter the phone number, press

or , then press and hold Save. The number is saved to your phone book and you can add a name to it later (see ‘Editing names and numbers’ on page 38).

Saving a name and number while in a call

To save a name and number while in a call:

1 Press .

2Press Options.

3Scroll to Phone book, then press OK.

4Scroll to Add new, then press Select.

5Enter a name if you like, then press OK.

6Enter the phone number, then press OK.

The entry is displayed in your phone list. Press Call to call

the number or to clear the screen (the current call will not be affected).
