Getting Started

3The battery is fully charged when the battery indicator bar stops scrolling, and the text Battery full is briefly displayed if the phone is switched on. Charging time depends on the charger and battery used.

4Disconnect the charger from the AC outlet and the phone.

If the text Not charging is displayed, charging has been sus- pended. Wait for a while, disconnect the charger, plug it in again and retry. If charging still fails, contact your dealer.

Press and hold the key for a second.

If the phone asks for a PIN code:

The PIN code is usually supplied with the SIM card.

•Key in the PIN code, which is displayed as asterisks, and press

OK.

If the phone asks for a security code:

•Key in the security code, which is displayed as asterisks, and press OK.
