Get started

Important: To prevent damage to the SIM card, always remove the battery before you insert or remove the card.

Remove SIM card Always switch the device off and disconnect the charger before removing the battery.

Remove the back cover and battery.

2Put the tip of a pencil into the opening, carefully push the SIM card sideways to slide it out of the slot, and remove the card. Do not touch the connectors when pushing the SIM card out. Do not use any sharp object that might damage the SIM card.

Replace the battery and back cover.
