Personalising Your Phone

Disabling all Tones

1From Idle mode press B 521 to enter the All Tones menu

2Press Bto disable all tones and the silent indicator icon ([) will be displayed. Repeat the process to enable all tones.

Setting the Backlight Colour

1From Idle mode press B 532 to enter the Backlight Colour menu

2Use e to cycle through the colours available

3Press B to select the desired colour

Selecting Vibration Alert Type

The vibration alert facility may be set to vibrate continuously or intermittently.

1From Idle mode press B 54 to enter the Vibration Alert menu

2Use e to select the type of vibration desired and press B

Changing the Language

It is possible to change the language that the phone uses for either the display messages and/or for text entry.

1From Idle mode press B 51 to enter the Language menu

2Use e to select DisplayLanguage or Tegic Language (text entry) that you wish to change and press B

3Use e to select the desired language and press B

Restoring the Default Phone Settings

Any personal settings can be returned to their factory default, with the exceptions of the Phone Lock code and the Language.

1From Idle mode press B 57 to enter the Defaults menu

2Press B to restore the default settings
