13.2.1 Calling Features

Feature	Description
Conference Call	During a call:
	s> Hold, dial next number, press
	, press the Link key
Call Transferring	During a call:
	Options > Transfer, dial
	transfer number, press
Call Diverting	Set up or cancel call diverting:
	s> Settings > Diverts
Call Barring	Restrict outgoing or incoming calls:
	s> Settings > Security > Call Barring
Attaching a	Dial an area code or a prefix for a
phone number	contacts number then:
	Options > Attach Number

13.2.2 Messaging

Feature	Description
Send Text	Send a text message:
Message	s> Messaging > Create Message
	> New Text Message
Send Voice	While you are creating a
Message	message select:
	Options > Insert > Voice Record
	To record the voice message, press
	the Record key, speak, then press the
	Stop key. Your phone inserts the voice
	recording into a message and lets
	you enter email addresses or phone
	numbers to receive the message.
Use a Postcard	Send a postcard:
	s> Messaging
	> Create Message
	> live! Postcard

	Delete, highlight a message and press

Send Quick Note	Send a quick note:

	Scroll to a note and press the Send
	key.
Send Multimedia	Send a multimedia message:
Message (MMS)	s> Messaging > Create Message
	> New Multimedia Msg

	Tip: To rename a template you
	created, highlight it in this list and
	press Options > Rename.
Create MMS	Save an MMS message to use as a
Template	template:
