Question: Why does my phone’s screen flicker when I take a photo with my camera?

Answer: You might need to select an alternate frequency for the Flicker setting. For example, if Flicker is set to 50Hz, change it to 60Hz and try again to take a photo.

Press M > Multimedia > Camera, then press M

>Pictures Setup > Flicker.

Question: Why can’t I make a call? I always see No signal.

Answer: Make sure Band Setting is set to 900/1800 MHz or 850/1900 MHz. (The required band setting is dependent on region.)

Press M > Settings > Network > Band Selection

Question: What do these messages mean?

Answer: You might see this message if you have an incorrect SIM card or if you have incorrectly entered your code five times. You will have to enter it correctly. Contact your service provider, if necessary. You might need to replace your SIM card.
