1From the Setup menu, select Quick Notes or

Replies.

2Select [New QuickNote] or [New Reply].

3Enter text from the keypad and press O.

edit quick notes

You can edit only Quick Notes and reply phrases you have created.

1From the Setup menu, select Quick Notes or

Replies.

2Select the Quick Note or reply phrase you want to edit.

3Edit the text and press O.

delete only Quick Notes and reply phrases you have created

1From the Setup menu, select Quick Notes or

Replies.

2Scroll to the Quick Note or reply phrase you want to delete.

3Press - under Delete.

4Press - under Yes to confirm.

delete all Quick Notes or all reply phrases you have created

1From the Setup menu, select Quick Notes or

Replies.

2Press M> Delete All.

3Press - under Yes to confirm.

cleanup options

The cleanup option controls how long messages remain in the Inbox and Sent Items before they are deleted. You set the clean-up option for the Inbox and Sent Items separately.

The cleanup option deletes only read, unlocked messages.
