Touchscreen keypads

Touch a text field to open a touchscreen keypad. Touch Back to close it.

To move the cursor, touch and hold a word. This opens a magnifier where you can drag the cursor.

To change the keypad, touch and hold a blank spot in the text box. A menu opens where you can choose

Input Method > Swype or Android keyboard.

Android keypad

Use the Android™ keypad to enter letters one at a time.

Note: To set your screen to rotate when you turn the

phone, touch	> Settings > Sound & display >
Orientation.

Enter alternate characters		Touch Alternate	ALT
in the corners of keys
Enter several alternate		Touch Alternate	ALT
characters, until you touch		twice
