Set Primary

Set the primary number for an entry with

Number or

multiple numbers:

Address

Press Menu > Phonebook and select the

 

 

desired entry.

 

Press Menu > Set Primary and select number

 

or address.

 

Note: The Set Primary option is not available

 

for entries stored on the SIM card.

 

Tip: In Primary number view mode, you can

 

still peek at other numbers stored for the

 

same name. Highlight the name and

 

navigate up and down to view other

 

numbers.

Create Group

Press Menu > Phonebook.

Mailing List

Press Menu > New > Mailing List.

 

 

 

Sort Phonebook

Set the order in which entries are listed:

List

Press Menu > Phonebook.

 

 

Press Menu > Setup > Sort by and select the

 

desired sort order.

 

You can sort the phonebook list by Name,

 

Speed No., Voice Name, or Email. When sorting

 

by name, you can display all numbers or

 

just the Primary number for each name.
