Enter a phone number and press the send key Uto make a call.

To “hang up,” close the phone flip or press the end key u.

Note: Closing the phone flip doesn’t end a call when the handsfree speaker is turned on (for more information about the handsfree speaker, see page 42).

store a phone number in the phonebook

You can store a phone number in your Phonebook.

Note: When you create a new phonebook entry, you must specify whether you want to store the entry in phone memory or on the SIM card. You can’t set a picture ID or special alerts for entries stored on the SIM card.

1Enter a phone number in the home screen.

2Press the Store key.
