Setting Up a Text Entry Method

Press Options (-) > Entry Setup from any text entry screen. Select Primary Setup or Secondary Setup, and choose:

iTAP English	Let the phone predict each English
	word as you press keys (see page 39).
iTAP Français	Let the phone predict each French
	word as you press keys.
iTAP Español	Let the phone predict each Spanish
	word as you press keys (see page 39).
iTAP	Let the phone predict each Portuguese
Português	word as you press keys.
Tap	Enter letters and numbers by pressing
	a key 1 or more times.
Tap Extended	Enter letters, numbers, and symbols
	by pressing a key 1 or more times.
None	Hide the Secondary setting (only
	available for Secondary Setup).

Note: Your phone may not contain all of the languages listed above.

Using Capitalization

Press 0 in any text entry screen to change text case. The following indicators show capitalization status:

U= no capital letters	V= capitalize next
T= all capital letters	letter only
