Answer: You might see one of these message if you have the wrong SIM card or if you have incorrectly entered your code five times. If you have the wrong SIM card, you may need to replace it.

If you incorrectly enter your code, you will need to enter it correctly. The number of times an incorrect code can be entered depends on your service provider.

Contact your service provider, if necessary.
