Codes & passwords

Your phone password is originally set to 1234. If your service provider didn’t change the phone password, you should change it:

Find it: > Settings > Security settings

>Change password > Phone password.

You can also change your SIM card PIN and PIN2 codes.

If you forget your phone password: At the

Input password prompt, try entering 1234 or the last four digits of your phone number. If that doesn’t work, contact your service provider.

If you forget other codes: If you forget your SIM PIN code or PIN2 code, contact your service provider.

Lock your phone

You can lock your phone to keep others from using it. You’ll need to enter your four-digit phone password to lock or unlock the phone.

To automatically lock your phone whenever you turn it off:

Find it: > Settings > Security settings

>Phone lock.
