turn off a call alert

You can press the volume keys to turn off a call alert before answering the call.

delay answering

If you want to answer a call, but need to step outside first, you can delay answering the call.

When your phone rings, press Delay or your voice key. Your phone stops ringing and plays a brief message for the caller, such as “Please hold, your call will be answered in a moment.” The call remains on hold until you press Talk.

To turn Delayed Answer on, or record your Delayed Answer message (up to 10 seconds):

Note: When Delayed Answer is on, the Open to Answer feature

is disabled.

Your phone keeps lists of incoming and outgoing calls, even for calls that didn’t connect. The most recent calls are listed first. The oldest calls are deleted as new calls are added.

Shortcut: Press Nfrom the home screen to see a

list of dialed calls.
