3.Press SND to call the phone number. IU (in use) flashes and diALing then the number called appear briefly, then on reappears.

4.To end the call, press END.

Note: Closing the cover does not end or disconnect the call.

System Busy Message

In addition to the normal busy signal you hear when a num- ber you call is busy, your phone sounds tones and displays these messages to indicate that it cannot complete a call.

When either of these conditions occur, you can press SND again to redial the number immediately (see “Using Automat- ic Redial” on Page 22), or press END then dial the number again.
