USING THE BP-420
DC Adapter
This battery pack may be charged using the supplied DC adapter when an AC outlet is not available.
Connect one end of the supplied DC adapter into the DC IN jack of the player. Connect the other end of the adapter into a car/boat cigarette lighter socket.
Using the Battery Pack
After the battery pack has been charged:
1.Connect one end of the power cord to the DC OUT jack of the battery pack.
2.Select the proper adapter tip that fits your portable
DVD player. To help guide your selection, please refer to the “Compatible DVD Players” section of this manual.
If the adapter tip of the power cord does not fit your portable DVD player, connect one of the 4 interchangeable adapter tips to the power cord.
3.Connect the other end of the power cord/adapter tip to the DC IN jack of your portable DVD player.
You are now ready to use your portable DVD player. Depending on the type of player, the battery pack will provide up to 5 hours of playback time.
