USING BLUETOOTHTM

The VX8100 is compatible with devices that support the Bluetooth headset and hands-free profile(s)*. You may create and store 20 pairings within the VX8100 and connect to one device at a time. The approximate communication range for Bluetooth wireless technology is up to 30 feet (10 meters).

Note: Read user guide of each bluetooth accessory that you are trying to pair with your phone because the instructions may be different.

Pairing the Device

Pairing is the process that allows the handset to locate, establish and register 1-to-1 connection with the target device.

For pairing new Bluetooth device

1.Press [MENU], 2 times, , . Set the desired device to pairing.

2.Follow the Bluetooth accessory instructions to set the device to pairing mode.

3.Press Right Soft Key for New. Select Search New and press .

4.If Bluetooth is set to off, you will be prompted to turn power on. Select Yes

press .

Phone does not support Bluetooth OBEX Profiles.
