Shortcuts

The shortcut icons at the bottom of your home screen are the first apps on your home screen.

You can add more shortcuts to the home screen. Simply open the Applications tab and drag the apps you want to the home screen. Alternatively, press Menu > Add > Shortcuts.

All the apps on your phone, including the apps that came with your phone and the ones you download and install, are listed in alphabetical order in your Applications tab.

To open the Applications

tab, tap and drag up.

Phone status & notifications

The status bar at the top of the screen contains icons that tell you about messages and your phone's status. To view your notifications, tap the status bar and drag it down.
