Unable to access your Email on the ApexTM?

You may need to manually set up your account as a POP3 or IMAP4 account.

Why can’t I open email attachments?

To view some file types, you must first download the applications (from the Android Market) that can access those file types.

File types supported by the Email application

-Image: JPG/JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF, WBMP

-Audio: mp3, wma, 3gp, wav, amr, ogg, midi(mid), imy, aac, m4a

-Video: mp4, wmv, asf, 3gp, 3g2, m4v, avi, divx

-Document: MS office 2003, 2007(doc, xls, ppt, docx, xlsx, pptx), pdf, txt, rtf, zip
