VOICE TOOLS MENU

VOICEDIAL

Voice Dial allows you to call a person by simply saying their name. To access Voice Dial:

1Press [MENU] to start Voice Tools menu.

2To enter a voice dial, press .

31.1. To record a voice dial, press .

The phone book list will be displayed alphabetically. Select a name then press . Instructions will be displayed and you will hear “Name Please”.

1.2.Say the name for the voice tag and repeat the name when prompted. You will hear “Added”.

2.To play a voice dial, press .

Highlight the message you want to play then

press [PLAY] or press [ERASE].

3.To play speaker mode, press .

Highlight the message you want to play then

press [PLAY] or press [ERASE].

4.To erase all voice dials, press . “Removing all voice tags Proceed?” will be

displayed.

Press [YES] or [NO].

TRAINWORDS

Train allows you to use Control words to make a call without using the keypad.

Use to train or untrain the Voice Recognition with the control word, “Yes”.

1Press [MENU] .

2“Please hold phone to ear and follow instructions” will be displayed and you will hear “Now training control words. Please say the word yes”.

3Say “Yes”. You will hear “Again”. Say “Yes” again. You will hear “Training was Succelssful”.

NO

Use to train or untrain the Voice Recognition with the control word, “No”.

1Press [MENU] .

3Say “No”. You will hear “Again”. Say “No” again. You will hear “Training was Succelssful”.
