Problem

Playing is disabled.

File upload is disabled.

Files or Data are Missing.

Abnormal Play Time Display during Play.

Check points & Troubleshooting

Check if the available file has been saved in the memory.

Check if the music file is damaged.

Check if there is enough battery power.

Check to see if the USB cable is properly connected and reconnect it.

Check if the memory is full.

Press the Reset hole.

Check if the USB cable has been disconnected during file or data transmission. If this is the case, it may cause serious damage not only to files/data but also to the product.You have to be extra cautious as Samsung is not held responsible for data loss.

Check if the file is in VBR (Variable Bit Rate) format.

Move to <Settings> <Language> <ID3-Tag>

in the Menu screen and set an appropriate language.
