To benefit from the GN8210’s features and pro- tection it is recom- mended that you always use the headset.

Answering/Making a Call [5.1] Put on headset.

[5.2] Make sure that the headset/ handset switch is set to headset, and the mute switch is not activated.

[5.3] Lift telephone’s handset and answer the call/dial the number.

[5.4] To end call, replace handset on telephone.

Muting a Call

[5.5] Set the mute switch to the mute position.

[5.6] Mute indicator will flash when mute is activated.

Note: When the GN8210 is first connected to power through the power adapter, the mute indicator flashes rapidly for 2 sec.

Répondre/passer un appel [5.1] Mettez le micro-casque.

[5.2] Mettez l’appareil en position “micro-casque” et vérifiez que la touche “secret” n'est pas activée.

[5.3] Décrochez le combiné téléphonique et répondez/composez le numéro.

[5.4] Pour terminer la communication, raccrochez le combiné.

Fonction “secret”

[5.5] Placez la touche correspondante position “secret”.

[5.6] Quand le mode “secret” est activé, le voyant “secret” clignote.

Note: quand vous raccordez le GN8210 au secteur, le voyant “secret” clignote rapidement pendant 2 secondes.

Responder/Realizar una llamada

[5.1] Póngase los microcascos.

[5.2] Asegúrese de que el conmutador teléfono/microcascos está en la posición de microcascos y de que el conmutador de silencio no está activado.

[5.3] Levante el auricular del teléfono y responda a la llamada o marque el número.

[5.4] Para finalizar una llamada, vuelva a colocar el auricular en el teléfono.

Silenciar una llamada

[5.5] Ponga el conmutador de silencio en la posición de silencio.

[5.6] Cuando se active el modo silencio, el indicador de silencio parpadeará.

Nota: Cuando se conecta por primera vez el GN8210 a la corriente mediante el adaptador, el indicador de silencio parpadea rápidamente durante dos segundos.
