FINDING YOUR SLEEP NUMBER® SETTING

uStep 1

-Lie on one side of the Sleep Number® bed in your normal sleep position, holding your remote.

uStep 2

- Evaluate your comfort level.

uStep 3

- If you have a dual chamber model press L or R to choose a side.

uStep 4

-Press and hold the firmer or softer buttons and let the bed adjust. Repeat until you have reached your desired level of comfort. If you’ve upgraded to a digital remote, your new Sleep Number® setting will be displayed.

uStep 5

- Your setting will be displayed for five seconds.

uStep 6

-Try this Sleep Number® setting for a minimum of five nights, then reevaluate and make adjustments accordingly.
