For outdoor use only.

Never use inside house, camper, tent, vehicle or other unventilated or enclosed areas. This lantern consumes air (oxygen). Do not use in unventilated or enclosed areas to avoid endangering your life.

Take lantern outdoors away from ignition sources.

Lift COVER. (Fig. 2)

Remove GLOBE. (Fig. 3)

Install MANTLE. Make sure small hole is at top and larger hole is at bottom. Colored part is up. (Fig. 4)

Make sure MANTLE is properly positioned with top and bottom in grooves of burner. (Fig. 5)

Replace any mantle with a hole in it. A hole can cause lantern to overheat and create a hazard. Never operate lantern without heat shield.
